Manage Profiles

You can add collaborators and other members only inside Company Profiles. To do that, switch to a Company profile and click on the gear icon on the top right, to enter in the Settings Page.

Once in the page, click on the Roles tab and you are ready to start.

Add new profile

To add a new profile, you have to click on the top right icon of the Roles Management table.

And then you need to provide the nickname and choose the role inside the modal that has appeared.

Delete profile

You have to click on the delete icon in the Roles Management table, next to the desired user, and confirm the deletion.

Remember, you cannot remove an Administrator if he's the only one. You need first to create a second administrator, and them remove the previous one.

Update profile role

You have to click on the update icon in the Roles Management table, next to the desired user, and select the new role.

Roles are available only in Company Profiles. Single Developer Profile, instead, doesn't manage roles, with the owner being automatically the Administrator of itself.

This is the list of all available roles in Ianum

  • Admin: can do everything as developer plus manage payment information, delete all users and edit roles

  • Manager: can do everything as developer plus delete profiles (except for admin)

  • Developer: can do everything as analyzer plus create and manage gates, activate services, add profiles (with same or lower permissions), edit entity data

  • Analyzer: can view statistics and invoices
