Before you begin
We have learned so far that a Gate is used to connect your IT services with your users, providing a simple way to access and to retrieve data they shared with you. You define a location for a Gate
allowing them to access your services, and for you to retrieve tructure, it will be a way to expose an entry-point into the service. This means that in places where we had a service with a login and password authentication, we convert it into a Gate that the user can access by using the Ianum® App.
A Gate can be created and managed in the Developer Area section of the Ianum® Platform. In this section we will go step-by step into how we can create our own gate and set up our security keys before users can access your services with Ianum® .
